Since 2013, I've worked with new(er) and seasoned coaches who feel they have a moral duty to improve their corner of the Universe with the skills and wisdom they've accumulated throughout their life. These coaches have real depth and real results, and are ready for their business to reflect that.
My work lives at the intersection of Self Leadership and strategy. BEING first, then doing.

After a decade as a Signature Program & Self Leadership Coach I've learned that the most beautifully designed program in the world won't gain traction if the coach behind it is still operating from a wobbly identity, a borrowed framework, a diluted message, or a standard that's been slipping.

ONCE UPON A TIME...
I was exactly where you are right now.
Bold. Eager. Running on jasmine tea ... and the unshakeable feeling that sharing this work was more of a moral obligation, than it was optional.
My life had changed so dramatically through my own self leadership journey that I genuinely couldn't imagine keeping it to myself. So in June of 2012 I retired from a career as an elementary school teacher, and began building my coaching business the way most coaches do… decision by decision, figuring it out as I went, not yet knowing what I didn't know.
I dove into books, Youtube videos, online courses, and coaching programs, and couldn’t help but “borrow” words from other coaches and leaders I admired as I began developing my message.
Sure, I sprinkled in my own life experiences, but it wasn't fully my roadmap.
Clients were coming in, and I had a program. But, what I didn't have was something unmistakably, so distinctly me that no one else could touch it.
So I went within, and I looked back at my life's experiences, results, and the perspective shifts that changed everything for me. I excavated the real language… my signature language. And I niched way, way down to work exclusively with coaches building programs and brands that were 100% signature to them. The coaches who valued their Self leadership and being so fully themselves in their look, language, energy, and identity that clients could never mistake them for another coach.
These coaches talk about the topics everyone else is talking about but in a way no one else is talking about them.
These coaches are art… and they express their art as their businesses.
That's who I became. And that's who I built everything for.
Once I started building from my Signature Identity, everything shifted.

MY MISSION

There is no "earning it" in the coaching industry, or some invisible rank to climb. The moment you deem yourself signature and begin expressing that fully in your language, your framework, your perspective, and your standards, you immediately become league of your own.
That's what Self Leadership means to me. Leading yourself into that space, and commanding your rightful place by simply being it. No permission necessary.
