Kajabi
Kajabi is the all-in-one platform powering Self Leadership Global, and the one I recommend to every serious coach who's ready to build, package, market and scale their coaching business. From your full website and email marketing to, membership sites, sales funnels, landing pages, and payment processing, Kajabi holds it all in one place. When you're done piecing together ten different tools, this is where you land.
Acuity Scheduling
A clean, professional scheduling experience signals that you run a clean, professional business. I use Acuity to manage coaching calls, sales calls, and collaboration meetings. with Zoom integration, automated reminders, and payment collection built right in. Your clients book themselves, and your calendar stays yours.
Trello
Trello is my go-to for keeping projects, content plans, and launch timelines organized and visible. Boards, cards, and checklists make it easy to map out everything from your signature program curriculum to your content calendar — and to keep your whole team on the same page without the back-and-forth.
QuickBooks
Knowing your numbers is the standard as a business owner. QuickBooks keeps my business finances clean, organized, and tax-season-ready. Something amazing happens when you track income and expenses, and get a clear picture of your financial health every month... Your wealth GROWS! So, use Quickbooks to make grounded business decisions from real data.
Deadline Funnel
Deadline Funnel is the evergreen sales engine behind a truly hands-off coaching business. It gives you real, personalized countdown timers inside your email sequences and sales pages that creates genuine urgency for each individual lead. This is what keeps your offers converting around the clock, without you being present for every sale.
TubeBuddy
If YouTube is part of your content strategy, TubeBuddy gives you a real competitive edge. I use it for keyword research, SEO optimization, and ranking strategy — so the right people find my videos when they're searching for exactly what I teach. Your content deserves to be found.
Descript
Descript has completely changed how I produce video and podcast content. Edit video by editing text, remove filler words with one click, generate transcripts, and repurpose content across formats — all in one tool. For coaches who want to show up consistently without spending hours in the editing room, this is it.
Fiverr
Fiverr connects you with skilled freelancers for virtually any task in your business (e.g. graphic design, copywriting, web work, video editing, and more). It's one of the most accessible (and inexpensive) ways to start delegating and free up your time for the work only you can do.
Upwork
For longer-term or more specialized hires, Upwork is where I've found some of my most valuable team members, including a video editor, copywriter, and sales funnel specialist. Search by skill set, review portfolios, and build a trusted roster of independent contractors who know your business.
